Complete our Motor Accident Claim Form online. Upon concluding the form you will have the opportunity to upload images, videos or documents concerning the accident.

• Motor Accident Claim Form: All motor accidents whether damage to your own vehicle or involving one of more other parties
• Motor Theft Claim Form: For all theft or attempted theft involving a vehicle – including theft of items within the vehicle
• Employers Liability Claim Form: For employee illness or injury sustained as a result of working for you.  This can include permanent staff, temporary staff, agency workers and work experience placements
• Public Liability Claim Form: If your clients or members of the public suffer personal injury or property damage because of your actions
• Property Claim Form: damage/theft to your property including buildings, contents and personal possessions
• Defective Workmanship Claim Form: Your legal liability for injury or damage caused by work you carry out to a customer’s vehicle
• Products Liability Claim Form: This covers the cost of compensating anyone injured by a faulty product that your business designs, manufactures or supplies.

Please note that by completing a claim form it does not confirm that cover is in force for the loss. Upon receipt of your completed claim form we shall investigate policy cover and refer back to you.
